How enquiry details are handled
Information collected
The form asks for a name, phone, optional email, Brisbane suburb or postcode, electrical service and a description of the issue.
Purpose
The information is intended to assess electrical service fit and respond to the enquiry. Do not submit identity documents, licence documents, bills, access codes or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Online submissions
A submission is reported as successful only after the server-side delivery provider accepts it. If online delivery is unavailable, the form keeps your details on screen and directs you to the published phone number instead.
Providers and retention
Email, CRM, analytics, retention and deletion details will be updated when production systems and the responsible legal entity are confirmed.

Photo upload is not enabled. Do not open electrical equipment or create an unsafe condition to take a photograph.
